We came from Berlin to Istanbul for rhinoplasty surgery and were generally satisfied with Prof. Dr. Seçkin Ulusoy and his team. Throughout our stay in Istanbul, the process was professional, the team was attentive, and the service quality at Acıbadem Maslak Hospital was very high. Despite our concerns due to Von Willebrand syndrome, the surgery went smoothly. However, we experienced two negative points: Although our blood clotting disorder was known in advance and we were assured that the necessary medications would be ready, they were not available on the day of the surgery. Additionally, after returning home, there was no proactive follow-up from the clinic. They responded whenever we reached out, but they never contacted us on their own regarding our recovery process. Since the clinic is located in Şişli (a very central and busy area), we recommend choosing a quieter hotel for better rest after surgery.
